Spirit Cove not just a bath shop

Today I received a couple of samples of some of the best bath scrub for face and body I have ever used. Not only do I feel great I smell wonderful. The name of this one of a kind shop is Spirit Cove. It is owned and operated by Rev. Dr. Deborah Simpson. She is a multi talented artist. She is a published author or poetry, a licensed Reverend and spiritualist. Her shop Spirit Cove offers handmade bath and body products that are to absolutely to die for. Her handmade items include signature gift baskets, inspirational greeting cards, handmade decor items, jewelry, candles and so many other wonderful things. She also gives psychic readings, shamanic house clearings, energy healings spiritual counseling, group meditations and so many other things, her website is http://www.spiritcovellc.weebly.com and her online shop is http://www.esty.com/shop/spiritcoveesentials.

Now the reason for this blog is the wonderful sexy and soothing bath scurbs. I just finished using the honey, chocolate scrub on my face and body, not only did the dead skin fall off in sheets, it made my body feel fresh and clean. No amount of soup no matter the brand has ever done that for me. All of her scrubs are handcrafted with just the right amount of oils and natural ingredients including honey.

If you are looking for a natural scrub that not only works but makes you feel great check it out.

Even Best Selling Authors Have Down Days

Last Saturday I attended an event, one that I attend every year. Usually I do every well at this event but this year not so much. The biggest thing was we had no traffic. I don’t know why. It was a shame because, there were many wonderful authors there who had great books. The event was well advertised the weather was perfect but the people just stayed away. I handed out cards to those few who did show up and talked to several who had a desire to write. But the sales were – well – let’s just say less than steller.

However, on the flip side of that coin, when I got home Saturday night and checked my sales on Amazon Kindle, they were booming – the reason I can only surmise that because I made it a point to let people know that all my books were there, they decided to go home and order them. Yesterday I even received a book sale through my online bookstore at http://thebookattic.ecrater.com.
Remember as indie authors we all will have down days. But that only serves to make the good days even better. We hold our head up, pack our toys up and head out for the next event. We never fail, failure is not trying at all.

My books are still best sellers, and I still enjoy the voices in my head telling me what to do. I don’t look back I only look forward to the next event and the lovely folks I will meet there.
